AAU Policy:  All persons registered to attend the AAU Conference in any capacity such as Delegates to Congress, National Committee members (Sport, Special, or Administrative Committee), must stay at the hotel property/properties designated by the AAU, utilizing the hotel block as established for the Conference. Persons registered to attend the AAU Conference who do not  comply shall pay an additional $600.00 Conference fee. Registered attendees who own property in the city in which the Conference is located are exempt from this policy (if they demonstrate ownership of the property).
