Hopeys Heart Foundation

Through the generosity of  WNBA player Tina Charles’ Hopey’s Heart Foundation, AAU and ZOLL Medical, we are pleased to provide AAU members the opportunity to purchase automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at a substantial savings. Teams that would like an AED and are not able to afford one can apply to Hopey’s Heart Foundation for a free AED.  Only a limited number of free AED’s are available and will be awarded based on need and review of an application which is available here

Ordering AEDs and Backpacks:

Step 1   Download the PDF order form (4 pages) from here.

Please note that you will need to submit pages 1-3 of the order form for the AED directly to ZOLL Medical & page 4 for the backpack directly to StatPack.

Step 2   Complete the order form as directed.

Please note that If you are paying by check, you will need two separate checks - one to ZOLL Medical and the other check to StatPack.

Step 3   Submit completed AED order form (pages 1-3) directly to ZOLL Medical and the completed backpack order form (page 4) directly to StatPack as outlined below.

Order Fulfillment:

After the completed order form has been received, you will receive confirmation directly from ZOLL Medical and StatPack. Please allow up to 30 days to receive the equipment.
