AAU Athletes Head to Serbia for the ISF World School Sport Games

AAU athletes are represented in the sports of karate and swimming

ORLANDO, Fla - The largest international multi-sport event for 13 to 15 year old school age students kicked off Monday, September 13th and will run through September 19, 2021. The event is being held in Belgrade, Serbia and hosted by the International School Sport Federation (ISF).

AAU athletes are represented in the sports of karate (5 Male athletes) and swimming (4 Females & 7 Male athletes). Two of the athletes competing in Karate will then go on to compete in the 2021 WUKF World Karate Championships in Romania from 9/21 - 9/27.


Congrats to AAU athletes bringing home some hardware from the first day of competition!

The ISF is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to organize world school championships for ages 13-18 years old. The organization's mission is to promote among young people mutual understanding, volunteerism, empowerment, peace, non-discrimination, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion, and gender equality. It includes 119 members from five (5) continents representing countries from Africa, Europe, Oceania, America and Asia.
