New Feature for Athlete Membership Renewals

A new feature has been implemented that will allow club contacts to easily renew athlete memberships for 2008. This will save club contacts valuable time in completing their athletes’ memberships!

Overview:

Club Contacts log into the AAU Access Login area.

• After clicking on the link above, click on Club Coach. You will then need to enter your 2008 Club Code and 2008 non-athlete membership number of the club contact.

• Once logged in, you will see a list of members that have been registered using your 2008 Club Code.

• Click Renew Memberships. You will be asked for your 2007 Club Code and 2007 non-athlete membership number of the club contact.

• Once your have entered your 2007 codes, you will see a list of athletes registered under your club code for 2007. You will be able to click those athletes you would like to renew for 2008. You will have the option to modify the athlete information (i.e. update address, phone number, etc.).

• You will also have the option to add new athlete or add coach memberships and pay for them at the same time.

Save Time: This process will save you the time of having to input the athletes’ information.

Only Athlete Memberships: Please note, you can only renew the athlete memberships, not the non-athletes at this time.

Mutli-Year Memberships: Save time for next year and purchase a multi-year membership for your club, athletes or coaches. By purchasing a multi-year membership, the code or membership number will not change until the membership has expired.

Part 1 assists parents with finding a place for their child to play AAU.		Part 2 gives AAU member clubs access to a list of parents in their area wishing to be contacted regarding their child's participation in AAU.
