Arthur Carling Toner, Jr. Memorial Award

Criteria:
The Arthur Carling Toner, Jr. Memorial Award is presented to a District Registrar for distinguished registration service to the Amateur Athletic Union of the US, Inc. for a minimum of 10 years.
