Lake Buena Vista, FL-- Â The 2013 AAU National Championships are fast approaching. Twenty-three weeks and counting, the AAU Gymnastics Age Group Nationals will kick it all off, followed by lots of volleyball, basketball, track, wrestling, martial arts and MUCH more! We know you all are starting to get after it hard in the gym and on the field. We thought we'd offer an extra push with THIS motivational video.
Some may know him. He goes by the name Ray Lewis, linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens. He's only a 13-time Pro Bowler, two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl MVP as he gets ready to retire at the end of this season.Â
Let's take you back to where Ray started out. He wasn't the No. 1 recruit or the No. 1 linebacker coming out of high school. Most people had no clue who he was. What Lewis did have was
effort.
"All I knew was
effort would get me seen on tape, it would get me to the league (NFL)... it's between you and you. No one can give you effort."
WATCH what else he had to say. THIS can push YOU and YOUR team a step closer toward your AAU National Championship gold medal:
